Astronomy-Simplified — Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use it and make payments only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@igniterapp.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.

On enrolment you get a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the course for your individual use. Copying, sharing, recording or reselling content is not permitted.

Your access lasts as long as the course remains live on Astronomy-Simplified, unless we suspend it for a violation of these Terms.

Prices are displayed in INR and may be inclusive of taxes. Payments are handled securely through Razorpay — Astronomy-Simplified never stores your card or banking information.

Every purchase is governed by our Refund Policy. We may revise prices occasionally, though this will not affect courses you have already bought.

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, available on this site. Where a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

Digital content that has already been substantially accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for a refund, except where required by law.

You can discontinue use and remove your account at any time. Astronomy-Simplified may suspend or terminate your access for a breach of these Terms, to comply with the law, or if the academy winds down its presence on the platform.

When using the Service you must not copy or redistribute course content, circumvent payment or DRM controls, post unlawful or abusive material, or disrupt the platform’s security or normal functioning.

Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or closed, and serious breaches may result in loss of access without a refund.

We provide the Service and its content “as is”, for educational use only. We strive for accuracy and uptime, but Astronomy-Simplified cannot promise specific exam outcomes, continuous availability, or completely error-free material.

So far as the law allows, Astronomy-Simplified is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Liabilities that Indian law does not permit to be excluded remain unaffected.

Everything on the Service — course videos, notes, tests, logos and other content — belongs to Astronomy-Simplified or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. Using the Service does not give you any ownership of that material.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app and reflected in the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
